Balls in hazards or bunkers must be played as they lie—subsequent shots may be placed\, but conditions can’t be improved (e.g.\, rough to fairway). Repeat this process until the ball is holed. At check-in\, each team will randomly draw two other teams whose scores will be added to theirs. Final rankings are based on these combined scores. Prizes awarded to the top 3 teams. \nSaturday June 7th Information– Individual Stroke Play Tournament.\nThis tournament will be a one-day stroke play tournament for all golfers governed by USGA rules. Prizes will be awarded for low gross and net in each class. The Callaway scoring system will be used to determine winners in each class for net scores. \nAll CFU members in good standing are eligible to participate\, with divisions for Junior players as well as six male and three female flights. And we’re excited to extend an invitation to guests of CFU members as well—this is the perfect chance to introduce someone new to the CFU community and share the experience of this incredible weekend. \nTo make your stay comfortable\, we’ve reserved a block of rooms at Seven Springs Resort. A ball may not be moved when it is to be played from within a hazard or bunker. If a team elects to play a ball from this condition\, the first ball must be played as it lies and subsequent balls may be placed. The condition of the ball may not be changed (e.g. no moving from the rough to the fairway\, fringe to green\, etc.). This is repeated until the ball is holed. During morning check-in\, each team is required to pull\, at random\, 2 teams to add to their score. The cumulative scores will be the team’s final score. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 teams in the scramble. \n  \nSaturday June 11th Information– Individual Stroke Play Tournament. \n              This tournament will be a one-day stroke play tournament for all golfers governed by USGA rules. SUMMARY:45th CFU National Golf Tournament
DESCRIPTION:National Golf Form 2021 \nVersailles Tee’s It Up For The Return of the CFU National Golf Tournament \nAfter a yearlong hiatus due to the pandemic\, the National Golf Tournament is back.  On June 18th and 19th\, Sveto Trojstvo Lodge 146 of Versailles will play host to the 45th Annual CFU National Golf Tournament. The Tournament will take place at the beautiful Butler’s Golf Course\, located at 800 Rock Run Rd\, Elizabeth\, PA 15037. Butler’s has hosted our tournament in the past and will no doubt be in great condition for this year’s event. \nThe tournament format will remain the same as previous years past\, staring Friday\, June 18th with a 4-Man Blind Scramble\, and Saturday June 19th being the traditional Individual Stroke Play Tournament. Friday shotgun start will be 1:00pm and Saturday’s shotgun will be 9:00am. We ask all golfers to arrive at the course at least 45 minutes prior to the shotgun start to register and get in a little putting practice. \nEach 4-some will be allowed 2 guests/non-members to join them for the tournament. Guests will not be eligible for Tournament prizes but do have the opportunity to win skill prizes. We encourage our members to use this event as an opportunity\, to show your friends and family\, which might not be CFU members\, what our organization is all about. This is a chance to show them Fraternalism at its best! \nThis year’s tournament registration fee is $140 for Men and Women and $80 for Junior golfers. Your registration includes 2 rounds of golf with cart\, Food and refreshments at the turn (both days)\, registration goodie bag provided by the CFU and dinner Saturday evening at the Awards Banquet. As a special treat to our golfers\, The Cigar Shop of Ellwood City will be on hand at the golf course\, as well as the club\, to offer up some great deals for our golfers who lie to enjoy a fine cigar.    \nThe officers and members of Sveto Trojstvo Lodge 146 have done an outstanding job to put together a schedule of events for our golfers to keep them busy and partying all weekend. All events will be taking place at the Versailles Croatian Home located at 4400 3rd St\, McKeesport\, PA 15132. The Versailles Croatian Home is a quick 8 miles from the hotel and just 5 miles from the golf course. \nThe party will begin Thursday evening for any golfers who come into town early for the tournament. Club will open for anyone who would like to have a few drinks. On Friday the party will continue immediately following golf at the Versailles club. The popular Radost of Pittsburgh\, PA\, will be playing in the downstairs bar area starting at 7:00pm. There will be food available for purchase at the club Friday evening. \nSaturday evening\, the awards banquet will begin around 6:00pm with the multi-talented Jerry Grcevich Orchestra in the upstairs hall playing for cocktails. Dinner will be buffet style and begin promptly at 6:30pm. \nFor those golfers coming from out of town\, the lodge has secured discounted rates at the Hampton Inn\, located at 1550 Lebanon Church Rd.\, Pittsburgh\, PA\, 15236.
