Celebrate 50 Years of CFU Golf Tradition in Detroit
The Croatian Fraternal Union is proud to invite members and friends to the
50th Annual CFU National Golf Tournament, taking place
June 5–6, 2026, at the historic
Rackham Golf Course. As we celebrate this milestone event, golfers from across the CFU community will gather for two days of competition, camaraderie, and Croatian fraternal spirit in the Detroit area.
Two Exciting Days of Golf
Friday, June 5 – 4-Man Blind Scramble
The weekend begins with a
4-Person Team Scramble featuring a
1:30 PM shotgun start.
In this fun and strategic format, each player tees off, the team selects the best shot, and all players continue from that location until the ball is holed. To add even more excitement, each team will randomly draw two additional teams at check-in, and final standings will be based on the combined scores of all three teams.
Saturday, June 6 – Individual Stroke Play Tournament
Saturday shifts to individual competition with a
7:30 AM shotgun start.
This one-day stroke play tournament will follow
USGA rules, with prizes awarded for
Low Gross and
Low Net scores in each class. Net scoring winners will be determined using the
Callaway Scoring System.
Tournament Flights & Eligibility
The tournament is open to all
CFU members in good standing, with divisions for:
- Juniors (Under 18)
- Women
- Men
- Seniors (65+)
- Guests of CFU members
Competitive flights include multiple men’s, ladies’, senior, and junior divisions to ensure fair play for golfers of all skill levels.
Entry Fees
- All Golfers: $170
- Includes 2 days of golf with cart
- Awards banquet dinner
- Junior Golfers (18 & Under): $130
- Includes 2 days of golf with cart
- Additional Banquet Ticket (Non-Golfer): $35
Weekend Fellowship & Entertainment
The golf is only part of the experience. Members of
Zora Lodge 351 have planned a full weekend of fellowship and celebration. The Croatian Home is located at
32851 Ryan Rd, Warren, MI 48092.
Friday Evening Social
After golf on Friday, everyone is invited to the Croatian Home.

Saturday Awards Banquet
Following Saturday’s round, golfers are invited to the Awards Banquet immediately after play concludes. Dinner is included for registered golfers. Additional banquet tickets for guests are available for
$35 and must be pre-ordered.
